Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese – 2%-4% fat
2 large eggs
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix the cottage cheese and eggs in a medium bowl until smooth.
3. Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix well.
4. Pour mixture into a circle or rectangle on parchment paper about ¼ inch thick.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes on the middle oven rack until golden and set.
6. Let the crust cool for 5–10 minutes before adding toppings.

8. Bake again for 5–10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.
